What visitors say

★★★★★

“Rooms very basic, service was okay, pleasant, but slow to resolve an already broken shower hose. Location OK but had to take taxis or drive to restaurant, shops etc. Very quiet location though and pretty gardens.”

“For a 2 star hotel it was better than average. It had a Spanish charm and the rooms were clean and bright. It had no catering facilities on site although they recommend facilities close by to eat be it limited. The hotel did have a swimming pool and tennis courts, along with nice gardens. We attending a concert at Noches de Magicas and it was a 8 minute drive away which was ideal and for this purpose the hotel suited us.”

“Super Hotel, Great Value for money. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was cleaned daily and linens changed. The room was large , the beds very comfortable and had air conditioning. The breakfast had a huge choice including cooked items and for 7.50 euros it was superb. All the staff were friendly and had an excellent command of English. For a three star hotel this is amazing”

“I cant really leave a review as we had our booking cancelled on the day we were due to arrive. We were told we could have a late check in, our car hire took 2.5 hours (dont use Centauro in Alicante). whilst waiting the hotel said they were cancelling our booking as we didnt show up. Despite telling them we couldnt get to them until we had a car they were very rude and told us its our problem and that they were shutting whatever. No apologies, no trying to help. Booked via Booking.com so they had all the credit card details (2 actually) that they would need. We were left with no where to stay that night. Thankfully at 1pm we found a couple of rooms at the Ibis (great service thanks Ibis group). What's happened to hospitality and customer service? Yet to see if they try to take any money from our account.”
